Identified talent early and advocated for voices that have often been ignored within Hollywood with a focus on female perspectives

Supported clients every beat of the way through original project conception to eventual sale of television series and films including:

Took Linda Yvette Chávez and Marvin Lemus from GENTEFIED digital series through its Sundance premiere and then into a traditional half hour pitch which lead to multiple offers and a sale to Netflix, then guided them through first season of production and eventual co-showrunner promotion for season two

Identified SJ Son’s web series QUIET TINY ASIAN as potential half hour series, developed pitch treatment and deck with SJ, brought in producers and oversaw bidding war with sale to Max Sourced YA novel I AM NOT YOUR PERFECT MEXICAN DAUGHTER from NY literary agency for Linda Yvette Chávez to become her first feature film adaptation at Amazon with America Ferrera directing

Oversaw the Mission’s development slate on a diverse set of projects including producing the Emmy-nominated documentary film BEING MARY TYLER MOORE which premiered at SXSW and is now streaming on HBO

Development Executive at Oscar Winner Steve Zaillian’s production company

Oversaw the development slate which consisted of packaging projects, offering detailed creative notes on project drafts (worked with writers Zach Helm, Eric Warren Singer, and Nicole Perlman among others), sourced the books which became feature films RED SPARROW (Jennifer Lawrence) and THOSE WHO WISH ME DEAD (Angelina Jolie), found and suggested actor Riz Ahmed for the role of “Naz” in THE NIGHT OF for which he won an Emmy

Tracked/solicited original material (books, spec scripts, articles, foreign films, television formats)

Created relationships with NY lit departments (agents and scouts) through extensive networking and established relationships with colleagues at major agencies, studios, and production companies
